Interactive 3D Model for Real Estate Design

I need to create interactive 3D models from a set of architectural drawings. There will be a total of 5 designs (provided by others). I need to be able to embed the models onto a website where people can change paint colors and flooring types. The models need to look as realistic as possible. All people that apply need to show examples of 3D models they have created in the past, preferably ones that are interactive. They need to have strong communication skills and provide timelines for completion.
