Seeking mechanical engineer to assist with machine/structural design and CAD drawings/models

We are looking for an experienced mechanical design engineer / drafter to immediately assist our internal team with creating 3D models and 2D drawings. The contractor will receive work instructions from our internal team and collaborate with them on the outcome while ensuring a timely deliverable. High-level tasks: - Design, evaluate, and analyze our next generation hydrogen generators - Perform tolerance analysis as required to ensure intended assembly performance - Create CAD drawings/models and design sketches for components, subsystems, and assemblies Experience: - 5-7 years of experience in mechanical design engineering - Hands-on experience using CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred) in the creation of complex mechanical models, mechanical drawings, and assembly drawings (2D and 3D) - Structural or machine/mechanical design experience  - Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and its application toward the creation of fabrication drawings for mechanical parts - Mechanical Engineering degree
