Welder to make sofa legs

We recently moved apartments and the four legs for our sofa were lost. We can't get them from the manufacturer so we wanted to have someone build new ones for us. It's pretty straightforward job if you know your way around metal. The legs are 4 cylinders made of chrome. They are 1' diameter, 4.7' length, and at the top they have a4x30 screw that attaches them to the sofa.
