About the Role We’re seeking a Head Coach to lead and grow our dynamic creator community. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage and mentor our coaching team, and create a positive, high-value environment that helps creators succeed. Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Operations Coordinate schedules for coaching sessions, Q&As, and events. Creator onboarding/offboarding and oversee administrative tasks. Ensure consistent content updates and quality control. Community Management Foster engagement by organizing live events, group challenges, and discussions. Moderate the community to maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere. Gather feedback to identify new opportunities for enhancing the creator experience. Coach Management Recruit, train, and mentor a team of qualified coaches. Set performance standards, track KPIs, and facilitate regular coach reviews. Provide resources and ongoing guidance to help coaches excel. Creator Support Offer hands-on support to creators, assisting with technical or content-related issues. Monitor each creator’s progress and pair them with the appropriate coaching resources. Develop specialized paths for creators needing advanced training or unique niche support. Strategic Leadership Develop and refine the coaching curriculum, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to integrate coaching initiatives with new offers. Use metrics on engagement, retention, and creator satisfaction to refine programs and demonstrate impact. What You Bring Proven experience in coaching, mentorship, or education—preferably within creator or online communities. Strong organizational skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects. Passion for helping individuals learn and grow, with the ability to lead by example.
