Full-Time Property Management Assistant (Remote, EST Hours) Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST Location: Remote Hourly Rate: Based on experience Start Date: ASAP ⸻ About Us We’re a growing Properties Business managing a diversified portfolio including: • 3 Tractor Trailer Monthly Parking Truck Lots • 3 Mini Storage Complexes • Multiple Monthly Rental Properties We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Full-Time Property Management Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day operations. You will be the virtual right-hand person, handling communication, record-keeping, financial tracking, and property management software. ⸻ Responsibilities • Phone Support: Professionally answer incoming calls and assist tenants, vendors, and prospects. • Software Management: Operate and manage Storedge software for storage units and property oversight. • Accounting Support: • Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online (QBO) files for multiple entities. • Coordinate with bookkeepers or accountants as needed. • Audit & Compliance: • Regularly audit property software and bank accounts for accuracy and consistency. • Track and manage insurance policies, renewals, and documentation across all properties. • Administrative Tasks: General support including document filing, email management, reminders, and light research. ⸻ Ideal Candidate • Proven experience in property management, accounting, or administrative roles. • Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Proficient in Storedge and QuickBooks Online (or similar software). • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to audit financials and spot discrepancies. • Tech-savvy, organized, proactive, and self-sufficient. • Comfortable working independently from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. ⸻ Bonus Skills • Experience with other property management tools or CRMs • Familiarity with insurance processes and property compliance • Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting or financial tracking ⸻ To Apply Please submit: 1.
