Job Description We are seeking skilled, compassionate, and reliable telephone interviewers to conduct structured surveys with individuals who have recently received mental health services. Your role will be to engage participants by phone, record responses accurately, and ensure the highest level of professionalism and sensitivity. This is a high-impact project that involves collecting data to help improve mental health care outcomes. Interviews are conducted from a script and responses are entered into a secure system. Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to participants and invite them to complete a confidential survey. - Conduct 20–45 minute structured interviews using a provided script. - Accurately record responses into a digital survey tool. - Escalate concerns using a defined crisis protocol if needed. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and data privacy standards. - Participate in training on mental health sensitivity and interview techniques as well as other mental health trainings like HIPAA. Qualifications - Experience conducting phone-based surveys, interviews, or customer service. - Comfortable discussing mental health topics in a respectful and nonjudgmental manner. - Strong listening and communication skills. - Able to work independently, follow protocols, and manage time effectively. - Experience with CRM systems or survey tools is a plus. - Availability during U.S. time zones (10 AM – 8 PM ET/PT, Mon–Sat).
