Call Customers Who Have Already Bought Online to Generate Further Sales

We are an ecommerce company specializing in industrial parts. We have lists of customers who have already bought products from us, whom we would like you to call in order to generate further sales. We refer to this position as a Secondary Survey Caller. Are you comfortable on the phone, willing to learn about our products, and good at interacting positively with customers? Here is an overview of what is involved with the Secondary Survey Caller position: 1. Complete our Onboarding process, following instructions in a document we will share with you. As this is a somewhat detailed document and has much more information than we can provide here regarding the details of this job, we'll give you a chance to review it and ask us questions before starting any contract, and before starting the Onboarding itself. 2. Review a customer list we will give you. The list contains detailed information that is useful for you to know when calling customers and should make your calls easier, because you are starting out with so much information. We’ll give you one list to start, and if we continue working together, there is the possibility for more lists in the future. (The exact size of the lists can vary, but they typically have 50 entries or fewer.) 3. Once Onboarding is completed, start calling customers from the list. Answer their questions about our products. Provide information and support to help them make purchasing decisions. Create a positive and non-pressured customer experience. While prompting the customers to purchase more is great, it's equally important to leave them feeling good about the interaction, whether they decide to buy anything or not. So your personality on the phone is an important part of this position. 4. Note how the call went in a Report Sheet that we will give you. 5. Be available during business hours in the continental US during the week. 6. Payment structure and periodic review: We would like to begin paying you per hour, up to 10 hours per week. Your first project will include completing onboarding and working through your first customer list. After you complete this, we'll review your performance and results. At that point, we might conclude the work together, or we may offer you additional lists for ongoing work, as this has the potential to become a long term working arrangement. -- In your proposal, in addition to your written text, please send an audio file of yourself speaking so we can hear how you may sound on the phone.
