We are an ecommerce company specializing in industrial parts. We have a list of customers who have already bought products from us, whom we would like you to call, in order to generate further sales. Are you comfortable on the phone, willing to learn about our products, and good at interacting positively with customers? Here's what you’d do: 1. Review a document we will provide you that has additional details on this project. 2. Call customers from our list. Answer their questions about our products. Provide information and support to help them make purchasing decisions. 3. Create a positive and non-pressured customer experience. 4. Be available during business hours in the continental US during the week. While prompting the customers to purchase more is great, it's equally important to leave them feeling good about the interaction, whether they decide to buy anything or not. So your personality on the phone is an important part of this position.
