Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional AP/AR Specialist to manage payment collections, lien waivers & releases, and streamline bureaucratic processes. This is a part-time, flexible role requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client interactions. Responsibilities Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure proper handling of lien waivers & releases. Reduce bureaucratic obstacles in the payment collection process. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and communications. Requirements Prior experience in accounts payable/receivable or a similar role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
