BrokerBlocks is real estate Sales Enablement platform startup seeking a new team member with a diverse skill set including customer success (customer onboarding, customer roundtables), customer support (responding to emails, etc...), and community manager (mange a knowledgebase, publish content, etc...). We're currently building out our onboarding process and are "white-gloving" onboardings, but are looking for someone who can also help streamline the process. You will also maintain our guided tours to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new users. We need someone with positive energy, who is engaging, and can drive a repeatable onboarding process that is manual now, and help us prioritize portions of the onboarding for our automation roadmap.
