We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to support our FinTech clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing customer inquiries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will be responsible for addressing client issues via various communication channels and contributing to the overall customer experience. If you have a passion for finance and technology, along with a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities include: Validating information against system exports. High volume of telephone wiring verifications with borrowers. Reviewing emails and assigning to appropriate folders, flagging items for high priority vs completed. Must have professional demeanor, good communication skills both oral and written, detail oriented, timely, and available to work EST hours.
