Web design and Hosting company seeks customer support agents who can help with basic wordpress tasks as well as communicate with our development team and the client for advanced tickets. Primarily communication is via whmcs ticketing but will also involve phone calls and email support. Must have excellent spoken and written English and be willing to join our slack channel. Technical or web design knowledge is a bonus. This position is approximately 20hrs per week
