We are seeking a Licensed Master of Social Work (MSW) to provide supervision for case managers and certify internship hours for social work interns and program participants. This role is ideal for an experienced MSW who is passionate about mentorship and compliance with California licensing requirements. Responsibilities: Supervise and certify MSW and social work intern hours in accordance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements. Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development to interns. Ensure compliance with all certification and licensure regulations. Collaborate with program staff to enhance training and internship experiences. Maintain accurate documentation of intern progress and supervision hours. Requirements: Must be a Licensed MSW in California with the ability to supervise interns. Experience in clinical supervision, mentorship, and certification processes. Strong understanding of California BBS requirements for social work licensure. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience with internship programs or social work training preferred.
