Office 365, Network troubleshooting, hardware replacements • 3-5 years IT support experience • Knowledge with Windows and Mac systems, networking, server • Ability to diagnose, and resolve challenging technical issues • Ability to work individually or with a team Good time management skills Professional but casual work environment.
