 Are you a warm-hearted, tech-savvy individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Hair Illusion, a leading viral brand in hair loss and hair growth products, is looking for an Email Assistant. 

 What You’ll Do:

 Engage with Our Community: Respond to all support emails daily. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service.

 Follow the Script: You’ll be provided with clear, copy-and-paste messages to use in your replies. It’s straightforward work, but you’ll handle a significant volume of messages each day.

 Report and Resolve: If you come across an inquiry you can’t answer with our copy/paste, you’ll promptly report it to us for the correct response, ensuring our customers always get accurate information. 
 
Collaborate and Shine: Work closely with Sabrina, our Social Media Manager. She’ll guide you through our current practices, and together, you’ll keep our communications seamless and engaging.

 What We’re Looking For:

 Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with the computer and phone, and experienced with email.

 Great Communicator: Clear, effective, honest, and kind communication skills are a must. You’ll need to follow instructions precisely and report issues accurately.

 Empathetic and Social: We value a kind, empathetic personality who can handle a high volume of messages with patience, kindness, and professionalism.

 How We Work:

Communication: We’ll stay in touch via Slack and email.

Collaboration: You’ll team up with CEO, social media manager, and our warehouse worker, who will help you get started and ensure you’re aligned with our strategies and goals to ensure best communications all around.

 Expectations: Consistency is key. You’ll follow provided messages and maintain our high service standards while being proactive in addressing any uncertainties. You must reply to ALL emails on a daily basis.
