Remote Customer Service Representative needed! OnCall Bio is Hiring! We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to manage our phone line. We are a bio hazard and hoarding clean up company located nationwide. Responsibilities: This person will answer incoming client calls. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always. Ask client detailed questions regarding their hoarding or bio hazard situation Take detailed notes Pass notes and client contact information to Area Supervisor Call volume: 5 - 10 calls per day Pay Information: Commission based pay $5 for every client/customer call received $15 additional for any client/customer bookings and completion of job We will send you a phone for taking client calls Requirements: Experience working in customer support Hours are flexible, but we would like someone who is available during the morning and lunch hours at minimum (8am - 10am EST) (12pm - 3pm EST) Strong stomach
