We're seeking an enthusiastic, tech-savvy professional who excels in client success and community engagement. This role is responsible for onboarding new evyAI clients daily, teaching them to effectively use our platform (as well as leveraging LinkedIn), and engaging with our community through live daily Zoom sessions. You’ll play a key role in converting free account users to premium subscribers by demonstrating value and providing real-time support. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through evyAI's features and benefits. Ensure a smooth, engaging onboarding experience that sets clients up for success. Upselling: Identify opportunities to upgrade free account users by highlighting premium benefits. Tailor upsell strategies to individual client needs. Live Community Engagement: Host a daily one-hour Zoom session to answer client questions and provide live coaching. Actively participate in community discussions and forums, offering timely advice and support. Technical Support: Quickly diagnose and resolve client issues related to evyAI and its integration with LinkedIn. Serve as the first point of contact for technical troubleshooting. Coaching & Training: Provide clear, concise guidance on maximizing the use of evyAI. Foster a supportive yet professional environment where clients feel empowered without being taken advantage of. Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems rapidly. Demonstrated experience with evyAI and proficient use of LinkedIn for business purposes. Communication & Coaching: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A confident, articulate individual with a natural coach mentality. Able to explain complex ideas simply and effectively. Customer Success Experience: Background in client onboarding, customer support, or community management. A proactive approach to problem-solving and upselling. Personal Attributes: High level of professionalism and the ability to set clear boundaries. Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should know how to use LinkedIn and also be willing to learn from our experts on how to leverage LinkedIn for networking, marketing and prospecting.
