We're an MSP looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to assist with managing both our infrastructure and providing direct support to our clients. We're seeking someone with hands-on MSP experience to help maintain best practices across multiple client environments while delivering excellent technical support for Microsoft products and services. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration in an MSP environment • Understanding of Microsoft security best practices and implementation • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID configuration and management • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender setup and maintenance • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly • Experience handling direct client support requests and escalations • Must be able to pass a criminal background check IDEAL CANDIDATE: • You're comfortable working directly with clients in an MSP environment (phone, email, and remote sessions) • You understand the importance of security • You have experience managing multiple client environments • You possess excellent communication skills and customer service mindset • You can work independently while following established procedures • You feel comfortable working in a sales engineer capacity • You care about the quality of your work and the quality of the product/service you're working on We're looking to establish a long-term relationship with the right candidate. Our immediate needs aren't urgent, but we want someone who can grow with us as we expand our Microsoft service offerings. All work will initially be conducted via screen share/chat with our senior engineer to ensure alignment with our standards and practices. MSP experience is highly valued, and while we're not looking for a senior-level engineer, we need someone who understands the unique challenges of managing and supporting multiple client environments. Please note that we are expecting this position to ramp up slowly over the next several months, and there may be brief periods of inactivity on our side (depending on service/project load at the time).
