In this role, you will improve conversation flows, automate responses, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will leverage your expertise in JavaScript for interactive chatbot interfaces and advanced Python skills for backend logic, machine learning integration, and data optimization. Proficiency in NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, and GPT-3 is essential to deliver accurate, contextually relevant responses. You will also utilize AWS tools like Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect to implement and optimize personalized contact center solutions.
