Palo Alto Global Protect Setup Issues

We have a Palo Alto firewall setup with Global Protect VPN. The authentication profile for this uses both local database users and LDAP. Out of nowhere last week our VPN stopped working. We cannot pass authentication with either authentication vector. We are not Palo Alto experts. We need someone to help be our go to Palo Alto escalation point in the future after solving the immediate issue. We have a jump box for you to hop on and investigate ready to go.
