We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency. This role requires a high level of expertise in systems architecture, troubleshooting, and a proactive approach to optimizing IT environments. Key Responsibilities: • System Design & Implementation: o Architect and implement enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud solutions. o Develop and maintain system configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • System Administration: o Monitor and manage systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. o Oversee patch management, updates, and upgrades for hardware and software. • Troubleshooting & Support: o Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. o Provide escalated support for the IT team and end-users. • Security & Compliance: o Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and systems from cyber threats. o Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies. • Collaboration & Documentation: o Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions. o Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and configurations. • Innovation & Optimization: o Research and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency. o Lead initiatives to streamline operations and reduce operational costs. Required Qualifications: • Education: o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience: o Minimum 5–7 years of experience in systems engineering, system administration, or a related role. o Proven expertise in managing complex IT infrastructures. • Technical Skills: o Proficiency with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, UNIX). o Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). o Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs. o Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell). o Solid understanding of virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). • Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Strong communication and collaboration abilities. o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, CCNP). • Experience in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines). • Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
