Walk through setting up (2) employee workstations in Microsoft 365 Intune

I need to setup (2) limited workstations for (2) users in Microsoft Intune. This is to setup Microsoft Intune for (2) users, each with their own workstations so that we can lock down those windows workstations. They already have windows 11 pro installed. Long story short: I want to be able to control the machines and their settings using profiles, with them each still having the ability to log in. I have (2) 365 Business premium accounts licensed. It looks like I also need to license Intune for users or devices - you may need to guide me there. I would like to buy 2 hrs of your time to help me get started over a zoom session (or other).
