Remote Short-Term Recruiter Needed for IT Government Contracting Firm: ** Applicants must have a US citizenship, as Via Logic is a federal government contractor. Candidates will need to successfully complete a federal background check prior to beginning work. Nothing in applicants’ history should prevent them from obtaining a clear background check.*** Our small business team needs to source a Full Stack Developer in the next two weeks. For this role, we are seeking someone who is available approximately 20 hours a week for the next few weeks. We recently implemented Greenhouse as an ATS tool, recruiter must have experience working with Greenhouse. Job Responsibilities: - Work with newly implemented Greenhouse ATS tool. - Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards. -Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with technical teams. - Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation. - Resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive work environment. - Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional behavior in all interactions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, preferably in the IT sector. - Experience Government contracting is a plus - Experience working with Greenhouse ATS - Successfully pass a background check. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent time management and organizational skills Benefits: - 1099 contract work, approximately 20 hours a week until all the positions are filled. - 100% remote Requirements: - US Citizenship is required - Must be willing to integrate with our team quickly (join slack channel, company email account, etc). - 3+ years of position-related experiencer - Must have experience working with candidates that need to go through Entry on Duty (EOD) process for cleared positions The Via Logic team includes subject matter experts (SMEs) in IT investment analysis, domain analysis, and lean product delivery across key disciplines, such as: enterprise and systems architecture, cybersecurity with thoughtful automation, cloud-native/smart transition, DevSecOps principles and robust identity management strategies.
