Azure Cloud Cost Optimization Expert Needed

We are seeking an experienced Azure specialist to analyze our current cloud usage related to our web application and optimize the spend. The web application is related to recruiting and a large company/candidate search database with AI. We feel there is a significant cost savings opportunity since we are no longer selling our application to numerous customers, and only use it internally with maximum 5-10 users, maybe just 1-2 users at any given time. The goal is to identify strategies and actionable recommendations to reduce our cloud costs effectively. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Azure services and cost management tools, and be able to present clear insights and suggestions.
