Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration Consultant with deep expertise in managing and executing complex M365 migrations using Quest Migration Manager for Office 365. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully completing large-scale enterprise migrations and will be adept at operating within fast-paced, high-stakes environments such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute full lifecycle M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. Utilize Quest O365 Migration Toolset, with expert knowledge of best practices, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Develop and manage detailed migration project plans, including pre-migration assessments, pilot migrations, user communications, and post-migration validation. Serve as technical liaison with client IT teams, providing strategic guidance and real-time issue resolution. Conduct risk assessments and ensure migration tasks are aligned with compliance, security, and governance frameworks. Partner with stakeholders in M&A transactions to align technology integration with business objectives and timelines. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant and hybrid environments. 3+ years of experience with Quest’s O365 migration tools. Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, identity management, PowerShell scripting, and security/compliance controls. Experience working with mid-market and enterprise-scale organizations. Strong documentation, communication, and client-facing skills. Preferred Qualifications: M&A transaction experience involving IT carve-outs, platform integrations, or Day 1 readiness. Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent.
