Data Maintenance: Oversee data cleanliness, implement deduplication strategies, and ensure data integrity. Salesforce Development Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWCs): Develop custom business logic using Apex triggers, classes, and LWCs. Integrations: Design and implement API integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation). Automation: Streamline processes using Flow, Process Builder, or custom-coded solutions. Testing & Deployment: Participate in code reviews, sandbox testing, and change set or CI/CD deployments. Pharma/Medical Compliance Regulatory Standards: Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines, GDPR). Validation & Documentation: Implement necessary controls, validations, and maintain thorough documentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, sales, and IT teams to align Salesforce functionality with industry requirements. Project Leadership & Support Solution Design: Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Technical Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for internal teams. Training: Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and support Salesforce adoption. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3+ years of combined Salesforce Admin/Developer experience, preferably in pharma or medical settings. Proven track record in Salesforce implementation and custom development (Apex, LWC). Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or equivalent Platform Developer I (preferred) Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools. Familiarity with integration methodologies (REST, SOAP APIs) and DevOps best practices (Git, CI/CD). Understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and data privacy (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Detail-oriented approach to compliance and documentation.
