I'm looking to create a virtual crop consultant that looks at aerial infrared imagery, points out areas of concern, and goes over solutions, just like a consultant would. It would be on a web app where customers access their imagery. The consultant needs to recognize patterns and differences in luminescence and coloration, highlight areas of interest, export shapefiles for specific uses, measure areas, and more. All imagery is georeferenced, so position and distance information are already available. If hired, expectation is to meet weekly to show progress and discuss challenges. To be considered for hire, please provide previous examples of projects you've worked on and your approach to this project. Please ask questions and be specific. The ideal candidate will gain as much knowledge about the project as they can and must demonstrate they have a good understanding of the goal. A total budget MUST be provided to be considered. The end goal is to have a virtual consultant I can put on my website to guide customers in interpreting their imagery. I should be able to train it to identify any number of problems before going live on the site. Updates/training should take place internally, where testing and verification can happen, followed by updating the site version.
