Responsibilities - **Optimization:** Fine-tune the existing chatbot to enhance performance, personalization, and user accuracy. - **Custom Plugin Development:** Build a custom-designed plugin to train the AI with RITZIE’s proprietary science-backed and holistic health data. - **Design Enhancement:** Upgrade the chatbot’s design to deliver a polished, engaging, and on-brand user experience. - **Bug Fixing:** Detect and fix any technical glitches to ensure seamless functionality. - **Testing & QA:** Conduct thorough testing to confirm the reliability and excellence of the AI assistant across platforms.
