If you can blend data science, emotional intelligence, and machine learning into a seamless experience, we want you on our team. What is an AI Vibe Coder? This is not your average AI engineer role. We need someone who can: Infuse personality into AI—develop conversational models that don’t just respond but resonate. Read between the data—understand the emotional and psychological cues hidden in text, voice, and behavior. Shape an AI’s "tone"—design models that can adapt and shift based on audience, intent, and context. Optimize for engagement—ensure interactions feel intuitive, human-like, and frictionless. Bridge the gap between tech and human intuition—work closely with UX, product, and AI teams to create experiences that feel alive rather than automated. Key Responsibilities Develop, train, and fine-tune AI language models to enhance emotional intelligence and contextual awareness. Work on LLMs, NLP, sentiment analysis, and personality-driven AI interactions. Create and implement adaptive response mechanisms for chatbots, virtual assistants, and forensic AI tools. Research human-computer interaction (HCI) principles and integrate them into AI conversation design. Collaborate with data scientists, linguists, and psychologists to build empathetic and intuitive AI models. Ensure AI outputs align with user expectations—whether serious, professional, friendly, or playful. Continuously refine AI interactions through A/B testing, user feedback, and real-world case studies. Skills & Qualifications Strong background in AI/ML, NLP, or computational linguistics (LLM experience a plus). Experience with transformer models (GPT, BERT, Llama, etc.) and fine-tuning techniques. Ability to craft engaging AI personalities while ensuring factual accuracy and ethical compliance. Passion for understanding human emotions, sarcasm, humor, and intent detection. Experience in AI for chatbots, virtual agents, or interactive storytelling is a bonus. Strong coding skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
