We are looking for a dedicated, full-time team member to do the following: Helping customers achieve goals and reducing churn by onboarding customers over the phone or on zoom. My team and I run an online education community on the Skool app where we teach artificial intelligence. We are growing and need a customer satisfaction professional who can help reduce churn by being a friendly name in the community and helping point our customers where they need to go in order to find the most success within our community and with our courses we have on Skool. Ongoing communication and success tracking for members you've communicated with.
