Job Description: I am looking for an experienced developer to automate the extraction of property data from a login website (similar to Costar) and process this data within Excel. The workflow will include: Automating browser-based navigation and login using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Puppeteer. Extracting specified real estate listings and data directly into an Excel spreadsheet. Adding specific columns with pre-defined formulas and calculations. Sorting and formatting the Excel data to meet specified criteria. The final product should be an automated script that reliably produces a ready-to-review Excel file with accurate property data and calculated metrics. Requirements: Proven experience with browser automation (Selenium, Playwright, or Puppeteer). Expertise in Excel automation, data manipulation, and sorting using Python libraries (pandas, OpenPyXL). Familiarity with accessing secured, login-protected websites (experience with CoStar preferred). Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
