The American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP) is seeking a highly skilled consultant to assist in the development of a comprehensive compensation survey for our members. This role involves survey design, data analysis, report creation, and statistical forecasting to provide valuable insights to healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience with survey platforms, compensation-related data, and workforce analytics. We also need guidance in selecting an appropriate survey software solution for our organization. Responsibilities: Survey Development: Design and implement a structured compensation survey tailored to healthcare provider organizations. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze collected data, develop insights, and create professional reports with key findings. Statistical Forecasting: Use statistical models to identify trends, benchmarks, and projections related to provider compensation. Software Selection & Implementation: Recommend and help implement a survey platform suitable for AAPCP’s needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with AAPCP leadership and member organizations to ensure survey effectiveness. Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience in survey design, compensation analysis, or workforce analytics. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R, or similar). Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer, or other enterprise tools). Experience working with compensation-related datasets, preferably in healthcare. Ability to create clear, professional reports and presentations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Experience: Background in healthcare compensation, HR analytics, or workforce planning. Knowledge of regulatory considerations for compensation reporting. Experience with predictive modeling and data visualization. Project Timeline: Expected to begin mid-2025, with a 6-month timeline to develop the survey and provide initial analysis.
