We are a fast-growing branding and marketing agency with a massive opportunity ahead—we’re set to deliver 50+ branding and website projects this year, and we need a strong, creative-minded Program Manager to keep everything running smoothly. As the Program Manager, you will oversee the entire workflow from branding to website design, ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and at a high creative standard. You’ll collaborate with designers, web developers, and our creative director to maintain quality while managing multiple projects at scale. What You’ll Be Responsible For: ✅ End-to-End Project Management Oversee 50+ branding & website projects per year, ensuring smooth execution Manage timelines, deliverables, and team coordination across multiple projects Keep clients, creatives, and developers aligned on expectations and progress ✅ Creative & Quality Oversight Work alongside our Creative Director to ensure brand identities and websites look polished and strategic Provide initial creative feedback before assets go to clients Maintain consistency across all branding and website deliverables ✅ Team Coordination & Communication Serve as the main point of contact for Upwork agencies, designers, and developers Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure clear handoffs between branding and web teams Use Basecamp & Slack to keep communication streamlined and organized ✅ Process Optimization & Scaling Refine and optimize our branding and web design system to improve efficiency Standardize onboarding, approval processes, and quality control Identify and solve bottlenecks before they slow us down ✅ Client & Stakeholder Management Ensure a smooth client experience from kickoff to final delivery Manage expectations, timelines, and revisions without letting scope creep take over Keep stakeholders informed with clear reporting and updates Who You Are:
