Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinators who are passionate about digital marketing and understand the importance of engagement, consistency, and branding. Ideal candidates should be creative, organized, and proactive in managing content and executing strategies tailored to different industries. Responsibilities: Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.). Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor trends, audience insights, and engagement metrics to optimize content and improve performance. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate content calendars, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visuals. Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members to execute campaigns effectively. Track analytics and prepare reports on social media performance, making recommendations for improvement. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our clients' online presence. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing and executing social media campaigns for brands or businesses. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and platform-specific best practices. Ability to write compelling captions, social media copy, and call-to-action statements. Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere is a bonus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
