We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to cold call from our list of retail stores and turn those conversations into email opt-ins, product interest, and initial orders. You’ll be the first voice of the brand and a key driver of our retail growth. What You’ll Do Make outbound cold calls to stores on our retailer list Introduce Grillheads Supply products and explain our differentiators Secure email addresses for follow-up and add contacts to our CRM Qualify stores based on interest, size, and decision-making power Close small initial orders or hand off warm leads to our account manager Track all activity and results in HubSpot Test and refine call scripts, objection handling, and follow-up emails What Success Looks Like 50+ calls/day 20+ emails captured per day 2–3 product orders or warm handoffs per week Clean, accurate notes in CRM
