Position Overview: We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Digital & Social Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing and social media, with a basic understanding of tools like HubSpot, landing page creation, and content management systems (CMS). Responsibilities: • Digital Campaign Support: Assist in the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns, • Landing Page Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create, optimize, and maintain landing pages using tools like HubSpot Landing Page Builder. • Content Creation: Assist with the development of clear, compelling copy for success stories, email promotions, newsletters, social media posts, website content, and landing pages, while being mindful that brand voice and messaging remain consistent across all channels. • Video Content Creation: Create short, engaging Loom videos and other video content to explain internal tasks, campaigns, updates, and fundraising success stories. • Website Updates: Support ongoing updates to the website through a CMS (Content Management System). This includes updating copy, images, and other content to keep the website fresh and engaging. No coding experience required. • Analytics & Reporting: Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and social media. Provide regular feedback to the marketing team to inform strategy and decision-making. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and fundraising teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with our overall goals and brand guidelines. Requirements: • Experience: 1-2 years • Skills: o Familiarity with HubSpot / Klaviyo for email marketing, CRM management, and landing page creation. o Familiarity with creating landing pages, using tools like HubSpot or other CMS platforms. o Basic video creation skills (Loom or similar tools). o Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.) and best practices for engagement. o Ability to make Waggle website updates via a CMS. o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.). o Highly organized with strong attention to detail. o Project management fundamentals o Familiarity with Asana and cloud storage platforms like Dropbox o Ability to learn software/tools and not be intimidated by new technology • Soft Skills: o Creative, problem-solving mindset. o Excellent written and oral communication skills. o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. o Strong collaborative skills and a positive, proactive attitude. o Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Nice to Have (but not required): • Basic understanding of Paid & Organic Social, SEO and SEM principles. • Familiarity with online fundraising platforms or nonprofit marketing.
