I’m looking for a GHL expert + operations-minded strategist who can help us launch, optimize, and grow a scalable media agency from the ground up. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: GoHighLevel Mastery • Build high-converting landing pages (or Framer → GHL integrations) • Set up dynamic lead forms with qualifying questions • Connect Calendly or native GHL scheduling systems • Design automated email & SMS sequences • Build lead pipelines, tagging, and CRM visibility • Set up tracking pixels, custom fields, retargeting workflows Agency Systems & Growth • Help establish systems to manage video editors, content flow, and client delivery • Create internal workflows for project tracking, reporting, and content review • Identify key KPIs and performance metrics to ensure profitability • Help define and manage editor roles, creative team SOPs, and turnaround timelines Paid Ads & Scaling • Assist with launching Facebook and Google Ads campaigns for both us and our clients • Build retargeting systems and audience segmentation • Understand offer positioning and conversion optimization for medical professionals ⸻ Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, and automation tools • Understands content agencies, operations, or post-production workflows • Familiar with personal branding, medical niche, or B2B healthcare funnels • Knows how to build a business that’s lean, profitable, and scalable • Strategic thinker who also executes fast and communicates well ⸻ Why This Project Matters: This isn’t a client project.
