About the Role As our Host Community Manager, you will be the driving force behind host engagement, ensuring every host feels connected, empowered, and excited to be part of the Viv Élevé community. You’ll design and execute a host engagement strategy that blends one-on-one connections, online activations, and in-person events to cultivate a strong, vibrant host network. From onboarding new hosts to celebrating their wins, you’ll be the voice, advocate, and support system for our hosts, ensuring they thrive on our platform. What You’ll Do Community Building & Engagement - Design and execute a host engagement strategy that fosters community, connection, and retention. - Develop online and offline engagement initiatives (social groups, networking events, virtual meetups, etc.). - Build relationships with hosts individually—understanding their needs, providing support, and ensuring their success. - Develop a content strategy to highlight and celebrate hosts across Viv Élevé’s social channels and platform. Onboarding & Retention - Manage the host onboarding process, ensuring every new host feels welcomed, informed, and set up for success. - Develop educational resources (guides, videos, webinars) to help hosts maximize their earnings and impact. - Track host engagement metrics, identifying trends and implementing strategies to increase host activity and retention. Community Events & Initiatives - Plan and host exclusive networking events, workshops, and virtual hangouts to connect and inspire hosts. - Partner with marketing to highlight top hosts, their experiences, and their successes. - Develop loyalty incentives and referral programs to encourage engagement and community growth. Advocacy & Insights - Act as the voice of the hosts, gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to improve the host experience. - Monitor community sentiment and proactively address challenges before they escalate. - Stay ahead of social media and creator economy trends, applying insights to keep the community dynamic and engaged. Who You Are - Community-Obsessed: You have experience building and managing creator communities, influencer networks, or social groups. - Digitally Fluent: You understand online engagement, community-building tools, and social media dynamics. - Social & Charismatic: You love connecting with people, making them feel valued, and creating spaces for engagement. - Creator-Savvy: You get what motivates micro-creators, influencers, and experience hosts—and know how to empower them. - Execution-Oriented: You turn ideas into action, managing projects and events with creativity and efficiency. - Data-Driven: You track engagement, analyze trends, and adapt strategies based on insights. Preferred Experience - 3+ years in community management, influencer relations, social media, or creator partnerships. - Experience working with micro-creators, influencers, or experience-based platforms. - Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and creator engagement strategies. - Experience in event planning and hosting.
