Key Responsibilities: ● Email Management: Prioritize and manage incoming emails to ensure timely responses and effective communication. ● Bookkeeping: Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks. ● Personal Finances: Assist with managing personal finances, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenses and income. ● Staff Communication: Send email reminders to staff regarding meetings, deadlines, and other important events. ● Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media posts, comments, messages, and reviews on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Requirements: ● Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably with QuickBooks, and managing personal finances. ● Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in social media platforms and excellent communication skills. ● Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and correspondence. ● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using various social media platforms and responding to online interactions. ● Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast- paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: ● Previous experience in a similar role or industry. ● Familiarity with additional accounting software or tools. ● Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
