We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to support our agency’s clients across various industries. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and community growth. The ideal candidate can adapt to different brand voices and create content strategies that resonate with target audiences while aligning with overall marketing goals. Responsibilities: Develop and manage social media content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align messaging and campaigns Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and respond to comments/messages Track analytics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices Assist with paid social strategy and ad management if applicable Requirements: Proven experience managing social media for multiple clients or brands (agency experience preferred) Strong understanding of content strategy, social trends, and platform-specific best practices Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills Ability to create basic graphics or short-form video content Experience with social media scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.) AI Usage Policy: AI tools may be used for brainstorming, hashtag generation, or post outlines only. Final content, including captions, graphics, and creative direction, must be original and human-created. Payment: This is a flat-rate project. Please provide your rate for ongoing social media management in your proposal. Preferred Platforms: Please include in your proposal which platforms you have the most experience with or prefer working on (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
