I’m looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Business Manager (OBM) to support me across two brands: my personal brand (speaking, content, VIP Strategy Days) and BackBlack, a nonprofit initiative that has raised over $2M for Black-led organizations. The role includes project management, inbox and email handling, scheduling, light content coordination, and (bonus!) helping with outreach and follow-up for VIP Days and potential sponsorships. If you’re someone who loves to keep operations organized and enjoys working with a purpose-driven entrepreneur, I’d love to connect! This is a part-time, long-term role (around 20 hrs/week), and I’m looking for someone who’s excited to grow with me and help bring structure and ease to the systems behind the scenes. **Please note: I have a posted a base salary - but willing to negotiate based on experience**
