Hi- I’m building a powerhouse personal brand rooted in leadership, culture, impact, and community. As a speaker, executive, and founder of several emerging ventures including a lifestyle brand and a women-focused consulting group, I’m looking for the right person to help me organize, grow, and execute my vision. Here’s what I need help with: Managing brand visibility like speaking gigs, panels, media features, and podcast outreach Keeping me organized with weekly planning, scheduling, and follow-ups Researching and securing strategic brand or business partnerships Coordinating content-related tasks and digital deliverables Helping manage upcoming events or live experiences, both virtual and in person Skills I’m looking for: Strong organization and project management Experience supporting personal brands, entrepreneurs, or thought leaders Comfort with pitching or outreach to media, podcast hosts, or event organizers A proactive mindset that brings ideas to the table and keeps things moving Bonus if you're familiar with Airtable, Asana, Google Workspace, and Canva This is a part-time hourly role starting at 10 to 15 hours per month with the opportunity to grow.
