We’re looking for a part-time marketing expert to manage and optimize our digital presence, including: • LinkedIn (practice page + occasional provider spotlights) • Google My Business (posting updates, improving local visibility, managing reviews) • Facebook (light engagement, posting content occasionally) • Google Ads (basic local ads, brand protection, retargeting if relevant) This is not a full-time or entry-level role - we’re looking for someone who knows how to create a consistent, credible digital footprint in the healthcare space with minimal oversight. Responsibilities include: • Planning and scheduling 2–4 branded posts/month across platforms • Keeping GMB and LinkedIn pages active and professional • Launching and maintaining simple, effective Google Ads campaigns • Providing light reporting and suggestions to improve reach, engagement, or visibility Ideal candidate: • Experience with healthcare or professional services • Understands the tone needed for mental health/medical content • Can manage everything in 8–10 hours per month • Proactive, reliable, and can work independently • Bonus if familiar with Canva or light graphic design Estimated commitment: • 8–10 hours/month • Long-term, ongoing role if it’s a good fit We have an established admin team, so this role is strictly for digital marketing and online presence management. If interested, please include examples of healthcare or professional service accounts you’ve managed.
