We are currently seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to support our Meta, TikTok, and Google initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, strategic, and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will manage and analyze campaigns, providing the team with actionable insights. In this role, you will help with strategy, determine measurable KPI metrics, build strategic plans based on budgets, and collaborate with various team members. The right candidate will be enthusiastic about meeting aggressive goals and staying ahead of the rapidly evolving paid ad landscape. What You’ll Do: • Audit, execute, optimize, and analyze campaigns on a daily basis • Monitor and adjust bid strategies to achieve campaign goals while optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS) • Meet, report and analyze internal data daily, weekly, and monthly for all active paid channels • Manage and pace monthly budgets on a routine basis to ensure efficient delivery of advertising spend and recommend any adjustments • Assess performance of existing keywords and explore new keywords for testing • Run A/B testing within platform to maximize click-through rates and conversions • Participate in managing the relationship with channel account teams to help continue to the grow the business • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies • Collaborate with other team members to discuss findings and strategies to improve channel/campaign performance. What You’ll Need to Have: Required: • 3+ years of hands-on experience working on an analytics-driven role within an organization. • Extensive knowledge in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads and its ecosystem • Strong ability in analyzing channel performance and evaluating KPIs • Proficiency in GoogleSuite Products (Google Analytics, Google Sheets) • Good communication skills and the ability to present data in a meaningful way. • Team player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented. Preferred: • Meta and Google Ads certification • Excitement for start-ups and building from the ground up • Experience with Looker or similar business intelligence/data visualization tools is a plus While this is a short-term project, we are looking for a long-term partnership to grow with as we have many more projects on the horizon.
