We are looking for a TikTok and Instagram specialist! Are you a social media whiz who loves crafting engaging and effective content? In this role, you’ll be at the center of our social efforts-collaborating with our founders to ensure content reaches the right audience and aligns with the PopYum brand. Visit our website to learn more at https://popyum.com What You’ll Do: Social Media Content Management: -Develop and maintain a monthly posting schedule across all social platforms. Scheduled content includes compilations of still images posted daily and a minimum of 4 videos posted weekly. Still Images and Compilations of Images -Daily still image posts are planned for the upcoming month and scheduled a minimum of 7 days before the month starts. Daily posts for a given month could focus on a given product, a special date, a sale, a partnership with other brands or influencer content. Please review PopYum's existing social handles @popyum and @popyumllc. -Content is pulled from our in-house library of images, which consist of individual still images or collections of still images. -Content is also created in Canva (Example: Sale Graphic) -We schedule content using Buffer for the X, Pinterest, and LinkedIn platforms. The same content is also scheduled within Instagram. For Instagram, we tag our Intsa shop products and use trending music. Videos -Our goal is to post a minimum of 4 videos per week on TikTok and Instagram. These videos can be made by the Social Media Manager or built using our video library. -Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, using keyword research, meta descriptions, and hashtags to boost discoverability. -Collaborate with the team in Monthly editorial meetings to brainstorm fresh, engaging content backed by platform insights. -Engage with followers comments daily. What We’re Looking For: -Strong knowledge of TikTok -Strong knowledge of Instagram -Experience with Buffer -Experience creating engaging videos -Basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a must.
