Description: I’m looking for a creative and strategic marketer to help bring my protein-juice brand (Outlier Protein) to life through compelling campaigns and content. I have plenty of ideas, but I need someone who can tie them into a larger strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. For example, I have a unique idea for a photo shoot—me in a bathtub covered in protein packs—which would catch attention. But what comes next? How do we turn that into a campaign that tells a story and leads to sales? That’s where you come in. Additionally, I need help refining and sharing my founder’s story in a way that truly resonates with my audience. My brand is innovative, creating one of the first plant-based clear protein powders that fully dissolves in water like a sports drink. We’re also expanding into new product categories, so there’s a huge opportunity to shape the narrative and build a strong, engaged community. What I’m Looking For: ■ Someone who can take creative concepts and build full campaigns around them ■ A content strategist who understands brand positioning and storytelling ■ A marketing professional who can fill the gaps between major campaigns with engaging content that nurtures and grows our audience ■ Experience running campaigns on social media, email, and possibly influencer partnerships Ideal Skills & Experience: ■ Strong background in digital marketing, branding, or content strategy ■ Experience working with DTC brands, especially in the health/fitness/supplement space ■ Ability to create content calendars and strategic marketing plans ■ Knowledge of social media trends, viral marketing, and community engagement ■ Strong storytelling and copywriting skills ■ Bonus: Experience with UGC marketing and turning customer content into campaigns If you’re a strategic thinker who loves combining creativity with marketing execution, I’d love to hear from you!
