We are seeking an experienced freelance marketing specialist to help promote our short-term vacation rental. The ideal candidate has expertise in MailChimp email marketing and social media marketing (Facebook & Instagram), preferably with a background in vacation rentals, hospitality, or travel marketing. Responsibilities: ✅ Create and manage MailChimp email campaigns to engage past guests and attract new ones ✅ Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase visibility and bookings ✅ Manage Facebook and Instagram pages to drive traffic and conversions ✅ Optimize social media profiles and vacation rental listings for better performance ✅ Create engaging content (graphics, captions, reels, and occasional blog posts if needed) Qualifications: ✔ Proven experience in MailChimp (email automation, templates, audience segmentation) ✔ Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram marketing (ads, engagement strategies, audience targeting) ✔ Experience in vacation rental, travel, or hospitality marketing preferred ✔ Strong writing and graphic design skills are a plus This is a remote, freelance position.
