**Job Description:** We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Social Media and E-commerce Manager for our Baby Products brand. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, optimizing our product listings on Etsy and Amazon, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store. Your primary focus will be to enhance our online visibility and engage with our audience effectively to drive sales and foster brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess not only a keen understanding of e-commerce management but also a passion for social media marketing and customer engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Social Media Management:** - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our online stores, and enhance customer engagement. - Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Tiktok and Pinterest. - Monitor, respond to, and engage with our audience on social media platforms and website, fostering a sense of community and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly. 2. **Etsy and Amazon Listing Optimization:** - Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize product listings on Etsy and Amazon for enhanced visibility and search rankings. - Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that product descriptions are compelling, accurate, and aligned with our brand voice. - Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve listing effectiveness and conversion rates. 3. **Customer Service Excellence:** - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and encourage repeat business. - Create a customer feedback loop to gather insights that can inform product offerings and marketing strategies. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in e-commerce management, particularly with platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon. - Strong proficiency in social media marketing, with a track record of successfully managing social media accounts and campaigns. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer engagement and relationship building. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve performance and drive sales. - A passion for e-commerce and an understanding of current trends and best practices in the industry.
