The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, implementing, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our diverse client portfolio. You will have a strong understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting, ad creative best practices, and performance analysis. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into successful advertising campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies aligned with client goals and objectives. Conduct thorough audience research and identify relevant target demographics, interests, and behaviors. Plan and create engaging and high-performing ad creatives (text, images, videos) in collaboration with the creative team. Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager, ensuring proper tracking and targeting. Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance. Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spending limits. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in Facebook and Instagram advertising. Generate regular performance reports for clients, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations for future strategies. Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure integrated marketing efforts. Troubleshoot any issues related to campaign setup or performance. Requirements: Proven experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for various business types. In-depth understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign objectives, ad sets, ad creation, targeting options, and reporting features. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and drive results. Experience with audience research and identifying effective targeting strategies. Familiarity with ad creative best practices and the ability to provide constructive feedback on visual and textual content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
