I have 4 bar / restaurants and I’ve bought each location an IPhone so our bartenders / managers can take short videos and pictures and then post stories and posts daily. I would need you to hold my managers accountable for taking action on the plan. Review their work and coach them on what could be better. Keep track of KPIs on views / growth of platforms.
